Spring 2007 Classes

Hello everyone, first time poster. I was just wondering what all you are taking in Spring 2007. This will be my last semester of pre reqs, and I hopefully will be in the nursing program come next school year.

I'm taking:

A&P II

Microbiology

Developmental Psych

Honors Art Appreciation

Archery (LOL)

I'm taking Pathophysiology and Nursing Concepts and Chem. 1405 (the beginning). Also, am taking the NET (Nursing Entrance Test), which is required for my school (University of Texas at Tyler).

I've just finished Micro, Statistics and Nutrition - Whew!!!

Any suggestions for the ones I'll be starting in the Spring?

I am in A&P2 and our teacher is very interested in teaching us EVERYTHING we need to know in Pathophysiology which is also taught at our nursing school. Dig out your A&P notes for that class the more you learned in A&P the better you will do in that class

This is my 1st semester going back to school after 10+ years, so I'm taking Math 107 only. Next semester I'll take 2 classes and work my way up. I have alot of my general classes done and they transferred over, so it's nice to concentrate on math and science classes with maybe a speech class to take in there too.

Also this Spring I'm attending the pre nursing informational seminar, I'm just waiting for dates and then I can sign up.

These courses are for my BA in biology. Since I have only one major and no minor I'm able to take a lot of electives. In the end I will have all but one of my general education requirements done for nursing for the two particular community colleges that I plan on applying to for the ADN program.

I am trying to get in Fall 07. There is a huge amount of applicants for 160 places though.

This is my very first quarter!! Starting in Jan. I'll be taking Eng 98 and Math27. I am also excited...... but very nervous too
