Where did everyone go for cheap titers?

I heard they do them through the St. Petersburg Health Department for cheap. Not sure if you want to go there though. Their number is 727-824-6900.

Okay I'll check it out after work.

Just got off the phone with Chris Kerr at HEC... I'm number 12. Everyone in front of me has the same GPA, we were randomly ordered. He also said that only 80 out of the 90 openings have been filled, so you two girls at 5 & 7 better start getting excited! I'm going to submit my application for spring just in case but I really really really hope to be joining everyone this fall!!!

So I just left the advisor I had talked to Kristen. She told me again that the list is fluctuating but when I had more of a conversation with her she implied that the list wouldn't actually start fluctuating until after the currently admitted students attended orientation. She also was not able to tell me how many open spots there were.

I've been trying to call a few HEC advisors this morning, but so far nobody has answered. I will try to schedule an appointment next week with Chris since he seems very open about the information.

Yes! And please let us know what you hear. I wish I got to speak to him.

Just walk-in, they're not that uptight.

Keep those fingers crossed. I know you don't have a list yet but if you can tackle some of the things that need to get done on it, that would be best. Its initially overwhelming at first but once you get started its a good list to tackle. Looks worse than it is.

I've actually already been doing this. I just got a job at All Children's so I got the copy of my immunizations. I'm also going to get my TB test through them and see if SPC will accept. I've even scheduled my physical for SPC already for the 19th.

I work full time and I just finished level 3. I am an LPN already though, I did transitional program. I work 3 12 hour shifts and then go to school 3-4 times a week. I still maintained my 4.0. So it is doable, all depends on you. If you can put all your hours into 3 days and then have 4 days for school and do good time management, then yes, it can be done. Depends if it comes easy for you or not. For me it comes easy, so I was able to do it.
