SPC students applying for fall 2017??

I know this is pretty early but i just finished my pre reqs for nursing and im on the border but I seriously CAN NOT wait to apply in march! Ill be finishing my AA if i dont get in.. so i will apply again if that happens but fingers crossed it wont! 3.766 gpa for application.. are you all excited?! Congrats to who got in last semester by the way! What how do you all feel at this point in time? Im feeling a huge accomplishment coming! --:nailbiting::nurse::nailbiting:

There are so many neigh saying individuals when it comes to working.

I've sorted it into two groups of people:

The ones that struggle with time management, and those that don't.

If you are a self-starting, self-motivated individual, there is no issue.

So you can scedule yourself to have school 4 days instead of 5?

Nursing school is 4 days a week.

Monday-Thursday.

I read somewhere that during the summer semester school is 5 days a week.

I'm in the summer semester now. It's Monday-Thursday and 3 fridays in a row just for psych clinical. The rest of your fridays you will have off :)

I thought i read that sonewhere i am cutting honework short if i keep working full time but i guess it can be done.

Is the day program Monday-Thursday from 6am-4pm? Then 1-11pm for the evening program?

So it is doable, all depends on you. If you can put all your hours into 3 days and then have 4 days for school and do good time management, then yes, it can be done. Depends if it comes easy for you or not. For me it comes easy, so I was able to do it.

Does anyone know what this skills kit is, where to get it, and how much it costs? Maybe nursinglevel3 can answer that one?

The skill kit is sold at the bookstore but I went there and they said they won't have them for another two weeks!
