Hey Guy! I am creating this for those applying to SJSU Fall 2021 nursing program. I wanted to see what the applicant pool looks like! Here's my stats so far:
Big 5 GPA: 4.0
TEAS: 80%
Impaction score: 6.66
I don't feel so confident due to how competitive it's been :/

I second this! I was intimidated but when I reached out via email on Thursday, I received a very prompt and kind response to my question. I'm sure they can guide you to the right way to upload it!
Has anyone sent multiple pre req substitution forms? Like not all in one single email. I had to send 2 different emails individually because I kept forgetting to add classes that didn't articulate. I have to send one more. Should I just send it as a whole different email, or send it as a reply to thread? I'm just nervous that they won't see it

Thank you so much. I emailed the coordinator last night and got help from her this morning. I thought that it would take 2 to 3 days to get an email from her but it was very quick.

Here is the email: [email protected]
Just want to remind you: For the SUBJ line, you need to indicate "Query about ___" (For example, pre-nursing query)

I sent multiples for the same reason, all in different threads. I don’t know which way would be best because my most recent request was approved but the one I sent 2 months before that was never responded to.
At this point you’re too late to expect a response in time for application, so just upload your forms and course descriptions to nursingcas unsigned per coordinator’s instructions. If they’re all unsigned, I’d probably re-fill the form out with the courses all together for submission.
Finally submitted my application. Was that not the most disorganized application you have ever dealt with? I have a 4.0, 92 TEAS but feel like I'll get disqualified on some technicality LOL. Needless to say this hasn't been the most encouraging interaction I've had with a nursing dept. I get the competition is tough but also didn't have to be as curt. Anyways, Good luck everyone!

My God, yes-- that is the most confusing application/process I've seen. My friend is graduating from this program and says they are actually very nice and helpful but the communication is just bad. I have the same worry that I am gonna get disqualified on a technicality too...I think I reviewed my app at least 10x before sending it. Haha
I don't think they're trying to be curt, but years of people submitting applications that are incomplete and gives them so much more work to do makes them a little brusque.
Does anyone think they could show me how they filled out the substitution form for an AP test? I just put which test I took and the score I got in the comments section below the table (because it says the table isn't supposed to be used for AP tests) but I still don't know if it's right...
Thanks!
