SJSU FALL 2021 BSN

Hey guys, I was wondering if any of you know if this is okay, or if this happened to you as well. So I had already sent my official transcript to cas from this school about 2 months ago, because I applied to another school previously through nursingcas. But when I looked at my application it was stating “transcript not received” even thought it’s already been sent and verified previously. And on my application program review it says “official” though. I haven’t taken any updated classes, do u think I’ll be okay?

Has anyone corresponded with Joe Clark at the department? I emailed and Sue replied telling me to reach out to him but didn't include his contact. I didn't want to bug sue or wait another few days for a reply.

You should definitely call your school and confirm the recipients of ordered transcripts. It could be that its received and not processed or some mistake has occurred. Probably your schools admin and records dept could sort it out

I’m pretty sure my school sent it properly because I used the official transcript on cas to apply to a school a few weeks ago. But I will definitely double check and ask, thank u!

Also, I've called nursingCAS three times for various things. If you havent called their customer service, thats an option too

Hi everyone,

I just checked my student portal RN and it says my application is "Conditional Admit- Self Report"... anyone else receive this status as well?

Does it indicate university or nursing admissions?

Yeah mine says that as well but I think that just pertains to the university! Does anybody know around when we should expect the admission decisions from the school of nursing ?

I heard early April!!

im nervous because my university is still pending hah. Hopefully theyre doing it alphabetically haha

I looked back at that email they sent out a few weeks ago. It says:

”For prior Baccalaureates, a letter from admissions and records from the UNIV saying you are provisionally accepted as a NURSING major DOES NOT mean you are provisionally accepted to Nursing. You must have the Nursing DEPT. sending you an email regarding your status, from myself in ? late April.”

Sooo, at least 4-8 more weeks to hear from nursing program. So hard to wait that long!!
