I have talked to many of you on this board and I wanted to know when your next test is scheduled so we can keep each other uplifted and encouraged! Here's your chance to shout it out!

Tell in your post:

1. What you are studying

2. The date you are taking your test

3. The biggest challenge with the course content.

  • I'm studying for Essentials in Reproductive Health
  • I am scheduled to take it on January 19th
  • The biggest challenge right now is learning All the aspect of Maternity especially the Apgar scoring and EDD. For some reason I always get it wrong. Also leaning all the congenital disorders S/S and management.

Hi BetterME!

I am using the RUE study system and text book and a cd of lisa arends micro notes that I got on ebay. As well as following the EC exam outline.

I took the EC practice exam for A last Sunday and will do form B this sunday. I only scored 48 on form A so HOPING to do better on form B.

I have some current problems at home that is making it hard to concentrate right now but I am really trying to get thru this!!

I just took nc 5 yesterday it was a real pain in the butt. I got a C. I was so bummed. I got A's on 1-4 except 2, because I did not have to take related to being an lpn. Good luck on that test!

i took nc5 yesterday as well and got a c too... i am happy about that...i also just finished with information literacy, took me all of 1 day to complete....only thing left is the cpne...whooohoooo.

yea I have nc6 and nc7 left. Did you think those test were easier then nc5 ? I thought nc5 was one of the hardest ones so far. I mean I even did well on the preg test and I am a male. Well at least I am not alone with getting a C. That makes me feel better! Was info lit easy. I guess all you have to do is pay the 300 bucks for the course. I tell you these nc test are like a nice car payment.

I decided to take the practice exam for health safety today. I was so nervous and actually started to cry. I want so much to succeed at this, so I jumped in and ............. got an 65 on form A. Although I have already read the study guide, I know my one area of weakness is math. I will be reviewing these areas over the course of the next 4 days ( test is the 17th). I'll be taking part B on the 16th. Wish me well. Thanks for all your support.;)

yea I have nc6 and nc7 left. Did you think those test were easier then nc5 ? I thought nc5 was one of the hardest ones so far.

I thought NC6 and NC7 were much easier than NC5 -- I thought that was the most difficult one as well. Good luck!! :)
