Until now I was a "A" student, but Algebra was kicking my butt. I am happy to report I passed with a "C" Yeah!!!!!
Okay, I know I'm not the only one who was struggling with a subject and glad to have passed. I certainly didn't want a "c" and tried to improve my grade but was unsuccessful, however I am glad to have passed.
Anyone else happy to have passed their class and now can move on! BIO and Med Term here I come!

I got a C in one of my general bio classes and it looks like I might be getting a C+ in my second general bio class. I've got A's in every other class that I've taken including algebra and chem. I tried as much as I could but the course just kept stumping me for some reason but I'm sure as hell glad that I passed and don't have to repeat that course because I honestly thought I was going to fail that first bio class.
What was the hardest thing for you in Bio, any suggestions since I will be taking the class in 2 weeks?
The hardest part for me was the laboratory exams. Identifying things under the microscope and on the models. I was awful at it.

I passed Microbiology with a C+ and I was incredibly happy with that (:
HOLY CRAP! I have to recant my statment..... I just checked the school website and I passed my Intermediate Algebra class with a "B" OMG! I truly thought I didn't get a high enough grade on my final to bring up my class average. I am freaking estatic, I really studied my butt off for the final exam, it paid off...... Yeahhhhhhh!!
I am doing the happy dance...

If it was a class I was on the verge of pass fail and I passed with a C I would be very happy. Right now though I might get a C in my Pathophysiology class and I am NOT HAPPY. 1) if I do get a C it will be within .05 % and if it was my old school I would say Fine a 2.9 isn't the end of the world, but that isn't how my college does things. They only have 2.0 3.0 or 4.0 so I might as well come in by 9% because either way it would still be a 2.0 so for that I won't be happy.
Hopefully if I don't miss more than like 12 questions on my final I will still get a B and that will be a 3.0 and I will be very happy with that.

I don't want to rain on anyone's parade but I too was happy when I got a C in both A&P 1 and 2...that is until I decided to apply to a couple of the community colleges here that accept students on a point scale and no points are awarded for anything less than a B.
I am already accepted into nursing school. I met the required GPA on Pre Req classes, Patho is a co req that you take either in NS or can do it before hand. Not sure about the other poster.
