So, I'm really good at Trivia Crack. Would it benefit my career to allow my nurse manager to beat me, or should I defeat her?

I would send her free spins as an added insult. ;-)
You can do that? How do you do that?

You should not friend your manager on social media.
No doubt! I couldn't imagine wanting to "friend" my boss. I don't talk about work on social media at all, but I still wouldn't be comfortable.
PS. OP...If you can beat her, do it!
My six-year-old got me addicted to the game Dumb Ways To Die. You should check it out. I CANNOT get past the 2000 level.
OK this sounds amazingly stupid...which means it ought to be a blast! I must try.

I play with one of the physicians I work with and I've creamed him repeatedly. And I enjoy it.
Not in all circumstances. My Facebook is sticky clean and I'm friends with my manager. If she wants to see pictures of my cat I post at home on my days off she can have at it. And you can set pictures you're tagged in to require your approval before the tag goes on your profile. But my life is really dull enough that I don't need to worry about ending up in compromising photos.
You can play trivia crack with user names- no social media involved.
I think you should play for red jello.

Well, you would certainly have an advantage over her. You're alive, and she's.....um.....dead.
