Hi!!! So I will be graduating in 2 weeks and have been wearing nursing shoes the past few years but my feet just ache at the end of the day. Anyone know of good shoes, I feel like its worth an investment if they really will make a difference..thanks in advance!

What have you tried so far?
I personally love Alegria shoes and I'm starting to love Danskos again. Wearing support socks also makes a huge difference!

I think I am going to try these...The Dansko Elise from the Sedona collection.

I hear Danskos can hurt your feet when you first get them but once you break them in they are great. I am hoping to get a pair when I graduate but until then I will stick with the pair I have now. They are pretty comfy and dirt cheap!

My danskos never hurt my feet.. I would wear mine around the house at first and finally just thought what the heck...I love mine!

I wear Merrells and have never had tired feet at the end of my clinical days. I'm starting my first job so we'll see how they do with being on my feet full-time.

I'm also a Dansko fan. I have the XP with the removable inserts that have a met pad built in. Besides clinicals, I'll wear them when I know I'm going to be up and walking around for a while so that I'm not hurting at the end of the day. If you have a Walking Company store near by you can try them on and find the size that works for you. (I had to go up a size for a more comfortable fit and don't be afraid to try on multiple pairs of the same size of the ones too).

I bought my Danskos knowing that they would get me through clinicals plus the first few years of nursing. Totally worth the investment. My feet are about the only thing that doesn't hurt after 12-13 hours of clinicals.

Merrells are awesome, though I never owned any. I loved my Danskos. I can't believe for a time I nursed in CROCS! Ugh.
Does Merrell make a nursing shoe? I love my Merrells, but I also love my Danskos. Choices!
