SFSU ELMSN Fall 2023

Published

Hi everyone,

I just submitted my application to SFSU's ELMSN program for fall 2023. I didn't see a thread for this, so creating one here if you'd like to share your experiences, updates, and decisions! Based on the previous thread for fall 2022 it doesn't seem like we will hear from admissions until April. Best of luck to everyone!

I was hoping we'd go into the weekend with a decision ? but I guess we're on to hoping for one next week LOL at least the next 2 days we don't have to worry about an email either way! I hope you all have a great weekend! ♥️?

Any updates?

No, and I am slowly dying waiting. Does anyone know where to find the program cost?

I emailed them last year; their response was:

"The ELM program is estimated to be 24k in total, and GRE is not required."

I also found this, but I think it is outdated; maybe there are a few changes regarding the timeline this time.

Only 24k?! That number seems so low for a nursing program at the graduate level. But hey, I'll take it! The other program I was accepted to is $79K for tuition only, 27months.

Yeah, hopefully, someone from the previous cohort will find this thread and be willing to share some info.

Maybe we can ask on the thread from last year? Some of those students ended at sfsu

I just called and they said it's about $3,900 a semester making 24k the right amount. I still can't believe it's this cheap in comparison to other programs

When I was doing my own math about it it was like $60k. I some reason still can't believe it's $24k. It feels wrong! LOL

I know right. I'm lowkey refusing to believe it cause that's honestly really cheap
