Hi all!
Its that wonderful time again. Thought I would start this thread for any news from Scripps New Grad Program. Hopefully we hear good things back soon! Good luck to everyone!
Did everyone else complete the TalentMine Simulation Assessment? I got an email asking to complete the assessment right after I submitted my application.
Yeah everyone has to complete Talentmine and simulations. They are good for 12 months. So if you applied to Scripps before within the last 12 months you don't have to do it again.
My new grad status still boasts "submission recieved" too. For the poster who was concerned about calling HR, I had to call after submitting my app and I just called the main Scripps number and the operator connected me to the hiring dept. After frantically finishing my novel of an application around 9:30am, I victoriously pressed submit, and then checked my email for the automatically generated "thanks for applying response". The new email in my inbox thanked me for applying to a patient services rep position I submitted an app for a few weeks earlier (even though I was applying in the new grad position). I called and HR (understandably not entirely chipper to chat with me due to influx of new grad calls) looked they up my app on-line and assured me the submission was recieved/complete. I'm appreciative the HR employee checked for me, but I'm still apprehensive that I didn't get a confirmation email, for the correct position at least. The Scripps computer application system seems questionable.
Hello everyone! Finally found this thread. I think I was the one that submitted at 8:04. I have applied before so my information was already saved. And I have answered the essay questions before and saved my answers so just had to copy paste. This is my last time I can apply for scripps because I am currently working as an RN so will have more than 6 months experience by next application process. Mine still says "submission received." I also received an email saying thank you for applying. I did not have to repeat the talenmine/simulation since I completed it last time. I have interviewed with Scripps once but was not offered a position (I did not have a very good interveiw:( )
Hopefully this time around will be different. We should hear in the next couple of weeks; Scripps is pretty fast. Good luck to everyone!
This is what the email said...and I received it about three hours after I applied

Again, we sincerely appreciate your interest in employment with Scripps Health.
From what I read on a previous Scripps thread, I think they do stagger out the interview emails. I think. I also think it depends on if these interviews are for DEU or the system wide program. It might also depend on what units under the system wide program as well. But overall from what I have read if people are already getting emails then that means they probably will send all the interview emails soon and then everyone else will get the rejection email soon after that.
Would you happen to know what time the people who are receiving interviews applied? How do you know they are sending emails already. I wonder if their statuses changed.
