Scripps New Grad Program

Its that wonderful time again. Thought I would start this thread for any news from Scripps New Grad Program. Hopefully we hear good things back soon! Good luck to everyone!

I just got my rejection too. I guess no more new grad programs for me. Hopefully I can apply as experience nurse in one year. ?

Im from Scripps and i went to that new grad but i needed to move to Houston, TX... if u guys are trying to get in a new grad you guys need to consider Texas coz there is soo much here to apply at. Sad to say CA especially San Diego is very limited in New grad training for RN's good luck to u all

Where at on Texas? I heard corpus cristi is nice.

Austin is awesome! Two big hospitals that hire new grads. St. David's and Seton

Houston like Memorial Hermann, HCA hospitals, Cypress Fairbanks alot, im not sure Austin but I know Scott&White always have new grad

In Houston there is Memorial Hermann, HCA hospitals has tons of opening in diff locations too, Cypress Fairbanks, North Cypress, St. Lukes, Methodist Hospital, Austin area im not sure but Scott&White accepts all the time new grads! You guys just need to get that new grad window , once u got 1 yr ur ok to go anywhere except CA coz theyre just always souch competition there its impossible sad to say, Good luck.

I saw that you mentioned you began the DEU program at Scripps, if you don't mind me asking, how did you like it?

Has anyone else heard about the program? I know its pretty new, so just wanted to get as much info on the program as possible!
