Scripps new grad program summer 2013

Thought I would post another thread on here for the scripps new grad program starting this summer as applications are open for internals and soon will open for externals. I myself am an internal, applied Monday, and have an interview already set for May 7th... Good luck to all!!!

This is what my email looks like (I did the talentmine last Nov):

"Thank you for your interest in career opportunities with Scripps Health!

We have received your resume and are currently reviewing your credentials. Should we determine that your background and experience meets our hiring needs, we will contact you with further instructions.

If you are not selected for current employment opportunities, we will keep your resume on file for future consideration.

Again, we sincerely appreciate your interest in employment with Scripps Health"

Oh yeah I did get one for both. This is what it said:

Thank you for your interest in Scripps Health. The next step in our online application process requires you to complete the TalentMine candidate assessment; TalentMine scores are good for a 12 month period.

If you already applied in OpenHire and completed TalentMine within the last 12 months you do not need to proceed. To complete the assessment, please click on or copy and paste the following link into your Internet Browser window: TalentMine

Please enter the same e-mail address for the TalentMine assessment that you used to submit your resume to Scripps:

All Scripps positions require each candidate to complete a TalentMine assessment. The only exceptions are internal candidates who are applying for a shift change or status change within your same position and department. After that I did the Sims and got an email from that too!

I just applied today. The TalentMine DID NOT want me to login. After about 50 tries I finally got through. But when it is was time to do the Sim questions, it wouldn't allow me to do them :down: I got an email back saying my application was received, so I'm just going to leave it at that. There is no way for me to try to find those Sim questions.

Oh noooo :sorry: I got an email after I submitted my general application to the new grad program, but I did not get anything after I finished both the Talentmine and Simulation questions. Ugh :arghh:

Yea, I definitely did not get this email after I finished the simulation questions. And it wasn't even noon yet! ):

I think (and hope) that those who didn't have to do the talent mine assessment got that email above, and those would did the talent mine just got the email after submitting the general app, but not after submitting everything?

I am in the same boat as you meg16. I finished everything around 11:30-noonish monday...so not sure I made the 500 cut-off.

Has anyone had their status change from "submission received"?

Nope. Still says "submission received".

I submitted mine at 9:03 am. I better have made it into the first 500 this time!!

I am hoping as well!!! It took SO long to finish that talentmine and when I got to the Sim questions I didn't have the proper Java or whatever so I had to scramble and install those. Obviously that killed some precious time. Ughhhh this is so depressing haha. We need to stay positive though! Mine still says submission received. Maybe when they take the posting off it'll change?

Just got an email for an interview on Monday, 5/6 for Dedicated Education Unit (DEU). I couldn't find much info online about what exactly this residency is for, but maybe any of you might know? :)
