I am from the South but live in the Mid-Atlantic- I say "fixin to" all the time just to get the reaction! :laugh:

Major kudos to this school nurse!! She did an amazing job!

You can also say "waiting on" as well :yes:. "I was fixing to eat dinner but I am waiting in everyone to get home!" And I totally hijacked the thread now!

No desire to say fixin' here! Just wanted to say that I love how every school ever interviewed says "and this why every school should have a full-time RN in the building!"
