Scheduled my exam! Any one else testing next week? (July 7th)

Published

I graduated on May 12th and it's been a LONG wait for the state to finally issue authorization to test with Pearson. July 7th at 8 AM is the big day.

Our nursing program gave each graduating nurse a scholarship "gift" of the Kaplan 4-day NCLEX prep. I've been doing practice Q-Bank questions nearly every day. So far, I'm doing pretty well on the trainers & Q-Banks. I simply cannot wait to get this over & done with. I have a job lined up and I cannot start until I pass the NCLEX, per their policy.

Anyone else taking their exam next week?

My official results at Pearson Vue clicked in right at 2 pm. At the time when my exam was scheduled.

Not when I sat down for it (it was before 2 pm) not when it ended (at 2 40 pm), but right at 2!

Now it is for sure passed!

Thank you sooooo much!! Doesn't seem real...

Woohoo RN Jill! :cat: It's real and official! Way to go!

Thank you for posting that! I was wondering whether quick results would show up 48 hours after the start or end of your exam, or somewhere in-between. My job offer (if I pass) requires that I send them my quick results... so even if I find out my pass/fail from Continental Testing, I still have to purchase my quick results anyway.

And congrats again! Seriously! You rocked it! :)

I guess it's different every where. I started at 1:20pm and ended at 3:05pm. Quick results showed up at 3:00pm

Woo hoo!!!! It's REAL! You are now an RN!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I'm glad to hear the results were posted at your exam time. I took mine at 8 AM, so I really hope they'll be available at 8 AM tomorrow :)

Thank you for remembering us. I took my exam yesterday and the computer shut off at 75. There were tears in my eyes and I felt like throwing up. I literally went to the car and busted out in tears and I have been a nervous wreck since. I had lots of SATA and priority questions.

That's EXACTLY what happened to me! Cried like a baby. Lots of SATA and priority questions. I am pretty sure you passed!!! Tomorrow will be a long day, but if you can stay up late and sleep in late. Then you have less time to wait LOL
