Scared Out Of My Mind

Published

I took the NCLEX exam today. The computer shut off at 89. I know that I got the last one wrong. Is there any hope. I am so depressed .

Did any one pass when they knew that they got the last one wrong ,with over 75 questions?:crying2:

Thanks,,

My LPN NCLEX shut off at 75...the woman had to pry me away from it b/c I was crying and DEMANDING that she make it give me more questions. She was incredibly patient, I guess she had dealt with that kind of thing before! I ended up passing but was sure that I had failed, over half of the questions had me going "WTH?" Good luck and try to stay positive!

Being sure you got it wrong is different from being sure you didn't know the answer. Are you SURE you got it wrong?

I am sure I got it wrong? The wrong answer.

It doesn't make any difference whether you got the last question right or wrong. It doesn't matter how many questions you got or how many of which type questions you had.

You need to relax, you cannot change the results, they will be what they will be and why worry when you probably passed. If you didn't pass it's not the end of the world. Pick yourself up, study and take it again. There no shame in it. But I bet you passed! :nurse: EVERYONE thinks they failed. 85% pass the first time.

Thanks for responding. You have more faith in me right now.

GOD BLESS

Just want to check it is PN that you took at min is 85 questions not 75 that is for RN

I took the NCLEX RN exam yesterday. I attended the Kaplan review class.

I had a great deal of anxiety yesterday while taking the exam. How do your

concentrate in that environment?.

Thanks,

The amount/number of questions you had does not reflect whether or not you pass/fail. It only matters how many you get right/wrong. Whether you get the last question right or wrong does not dictate if you'll pass/fail. :D Good luck. Try to relax and wait for the results. :loveya:

Coulda sworn it was 75...it was eight years ago, though, I could be wrong. Just remember it was the bare minimum and I was sure that meant I had failed it!
