You can pass with any number of questions, many come out feeling like you do. Hang in there and good luck

slimgoodies, if you were able to figure out the drugs by their names - like olols for beta blockers, sones for steroids, prils for ACE inhibitors, amides for sulfas - you'll be just fine.
Hang in there. You know more than you think.

The test is over now, so relax and have a good cry, a good laugh, or go beat up a pillow or something else soft to get the tension out of your system. When you get your result, you will have passed or you will have failed. If you passed, celebrate and pat yourself on the back, if you failed, cry again, then sit down and devise a study plan, and prepare to attack it again. You can get through this. The worst is over now. Good luck.
Thank you for all of your support. Surprisingly I am ok. I am just happy to be done with it so I can enjoy my holiday. If I fail I dont think I will retake it. Everything happens for a reason, and I am worn out. God bless you all.

So, you went to school for all of this time and you are willing to give it up in case you do not pass the first time? That makes no sense at all to anyone here. 85% pass the first time if you trained in the US, so things are in your favor to start off with.
Everyone gets 50% of the questions correct and 50% incorrect, it is the level of the questions where you are getting the majority of them correct that determine if you pass or not.
Just sit tight before you decide what you will do and not do. And best of luck to you, please let us know when you get your results.

Hi there.. Took my NCLEX RN yesterday and i stopped at around 158-160. Got no SATA, computation, and Innovative questions. I'm kinda checking my answers in the internet.. Hope that we pass. Just think that we all did our best, not passing the NCLEX isn't the end of the world thus its a beginning to reassess yourself and come up with a much better plan. Cheers! GodBless!

Everyone feels like they failed the NCLEX when they walk out.
Just about Everyone.
Not once have I seen someone post, "Yeah, I nailed that sucker!" or "You know...it wasn't so bad!"
So congratulations...you have joined the majority :)
Well, I read about the exam on the NCSBN last night, and passing is 50% and every time you get one right you get 50/50 one. It's no wonder we all walk out of there stunned.
