So I was wondering, who is applying for the spring? Couldn't find a forum, so I thought I'd start one. Got the application and was a little freaked out that they decided to change their criteria this semester, but all is well. Good luck to all :)

nope nothing yet here either :/ waiting is sooo exhausting. i check my inbox at least 5 times a day, disappointed each time. im hoping the department doesnt wait until right after the school opens up again after winter break like they did last year.

I called on Friday and they said they would send the emails "next week". Fingers crossed!

good luck to everyone!! but a word of caution this summer it took a full 2 weeks longer than they said to send emails! nerve racking

Oh God, I sure hope that they don't extend this for another 2 weeks. Does anyone know exactly what day in January the classes for the ADN program begins? Time is going by so fast; just wondering how long we would have in order to get our things in order (books, uniform, etc) before classes start.

Classes will probably begin either Monday Jan. 17 or Wednesday Jan. 19. It'll most likely be that monday though. I had class this semester with a bunch of nursing students who started spring of this year. One of the girls said that most of them didn't receive any notification until around December 14, and that a few had to wait until the week before class started. The Department goes down their list and sends the emails in waves apparently. Those who didn't reply to the emails lost their spot to the person who was next on the list.

After hearing this, and knowing that I've been driving myself crazy checking my inbox, I have to say it's probably best if we all just take the time to relax while we can. Enjoy the holiday break from classes. Check your email only once a day before you go to bed. I'm sure we all know the stress isn't healthy for us. For those that get accepted, the next 2 years will be full of stress and hard work. So just relax until you get the email... Happy Holidays and Good Luck to all

Thank you! I am very excited!! My GPA overall is 3.68 and my overall on my HESI was an 89. I hope ya'll get your acceptance emails soon because there is alot to do!! Feel free to ask me anymore questions.
