My classmate took the NCLEX-RN today and is FREAKING OUT!! LOL The computer shut her off at 75 questions. She wants to start calling Pearson's Quick results 900# but I talked her down from that. I told her to relax and call on Thursday. (I can laugh at her and offer this advice because I havent taken it yet! I'm sure I'll change my tune when its my turn!)
Anyway, now that she has taken my advice I want to make sure its accurate! Did anyone find out sooner than 2 business days?
TIA!

I took my test on a Tuesday at 10:45am and was a registered nurse on the Texas board Website at 9:00am on thursday, I did not need the 900# call. Tell her to check the State Board website first, it may save her $

Our class is slowly starting to test. So far, the results have been mixed. Some havefound out within 24 hours on the BON site. Some have waited up to 5 days to find out!

NY does not post immediately, the only way to get results is with Pearson-Vue if you want them at the 48 hour time.

PearsonVue actually posted mine roughly 44 hours later -- I just got them this morning. I passed. :)

How did you feel walking out of the exam? How many questions? That is great!!! Where will you plan to work?

To be honest, the exam is a huge blur. I was honestly in some sort of trance when I took it (or what felt like a trance). I walked out of there thinking "Oh my god.. what just happened??" I don't recall many of my questions, except that I felt as if I had a ton of pharmacology questions and quite a few SATA. No delegation, only 4 or 5 prioritization, No OB, a few peds, and quite a few off-the-wall med-surg questions.
I had 75 questions and I did 1 question per minute, thus it took an hour and 15 minutes to complete it.
I have a job lined up in the Pediatric ICU and I actually start orientation next Monday. :)
