I think every practice nurse should have bachelors degree, so they can do their job better than 2years ones..

Me guesses you be a SDN troll?

Specializes in LTC.

That'd be my guess too.

what do u mean by that??

Specializes in Trauma 1.

I think it depends, for some units yes, such as Trauma units. Some floor units, it is not as critical.

why for some unit? I think all units should be 4 years..

Specializes in critical care; community health; psych.

When it comes to direct patient care on the nursing floor, it's not the degree, it's the person who holds the degree that makes the difference.

SDN as an student doctor network troll? I am comfused..:sstrs:

What makes you believe that someone with a 4 year degree does a better job at bedside nursing then someone with a 2 year degree?

Perhaps you may need to seek the medical help which your handle promotes... perhaps your head is stuck?

Needs some help with writing skills too. But I would seek the medical help first. :lol2:

Specializes in ICU, PICC Nurse, Nursing Supervisor.

i think we should close this thread right now...this has been debated on this site many times and will just cause moderator interception anyway.....i too agree we have a troll.....
