I loved the triage questions. this is how I tackled them. First use your ABC's whose airway breathing or circulation is compromised? They are who you assess first. If no one is in that advance on to maslow's heirarchy of needs,a nd find out whoose basic needs are not being met, theya re the one you see first. ie a pt in a wet bed is bad, but not as bad as a pt who is wheezing and may progress to complete airway obstruction. hi everyone, Im from California and I took the exam last april 15 and still waiting for the result, Im terrified because I answered the maximum number of questions, and Im really nervous right now...its been 3 days and I still cant find my name on the website, please help me...thank you

Took the NCLEX exam last April 14. Quite anxious before the exam since I was more than 20 mintues late due to heavy traffic thanks to an upcoming tropical depression. Anyways, stopped at 75 with more than 10 SATA, 1 fill in the blank med computation, 1 fill in the blank conversion and the rest are either prioritization or delegation. I hope I pass! Well, 3 more weeks to go...

Hi. Just found out i passed nclex. My computer shut off at 75 questions. I had a lot of select all that apply and priority questions also. And i really really hate those select all that apply ones but i guess i handled them pretty well.

i need all the prayers i can get , tomorrow i am taking the nclex pn , i am so nervous, please pray for me. i was suppose to take it on apr3 i changed the date . i am anxious already.:typing:confused:

Hi,

You Guys can not believe what happen during my exam, my computer was broke down and it took them 20 minute to repair my computer and than I ran out from time . I finished around 216-Q and yesterday I found out that I passed. All the stress in down.
