I loved the triage questions. this is how I tackled them. First use your ABC's whose airway breathing or circulation is compromised? They are who you assess first. If no one is in that advance on to maslow's heirarchy of needs,a nd find out whoose basic needs are not being met, theya re the one you see first. ie a pt in a wet bed is bad, but not as bad as a pt who is wheezing and may progress to complete airway obstruction. Good Luck.

well I am not sure where u are in the state...but i strongly belief that a foreign nurse should take at least one review course before taking the exam....bcos i learned from other foreign nurses that took it review courses that it educated them more on how nursing is been practised here in the states and euiped them on how to answer NCLEX questions. well we do hav a lot of review courses like kaplan (online and in class review), saunders, and there is one very popular here in chicago and a lot of foreign nurses do attend...its called martins review...if you like u can go online to check if they do hav a center at ur location...http://www.martinsreview.com:nuke:

Hi

well, yes it works for me.... it is very easy to study and the content is really knowledgeable... i really like it and i am almost done with the cd questions.... I am doing the cd q of the 3rd ed during my work hours and i am doing 300 to 400 q. I am reading the rationale after my test. When I got home, rest a while and watch my fav teleserye, then after dinner, I read the 4th ed saunders, because I am already done with suzannes first tip.
