Why can't we just be different and wear what we want? Ah rules gotta love them.

Because your instructors want to make very, very sure that everyone in that hospital knows that you are a student, and therefore should not perform surgery, run codes, push metoprolol, etc. etc. Think of it as safety within the flock.

Will I get all As? Will I LEARN to study. Hopefully I can get a seat up front becuase my glasses broke and I dont want to waste all of my time making my head hurt because I'm squinting

hey- seasoned nurse, cna, lpn, ma, etc... i may be new at this - but i am not your slave- find someone else to do you work and let me do my own. i have a light load for a reason - i am learning! grrrrr

i need a raise - oh wait - i dont get paid!

i think my teacher is pre-historic! mental note - carry denture glue - we dont want another accident where her teeth fall out again! she is 86 and god love her - forgetful! what did i say would be on the test again?? geesh!

For the sake of everything that is holy, WILL YOU PLEASE SHUT UP so that I can hear what the instructor is saying!!! She is probably making a point that will be on the test.

How the Heck did you even make it into this program? You can't even follow simple directions for a vocab test!!

During the first week of nursing school, do nursing instructors say hmmm...I hope you didnt think you werent going to leave here today without a headache, so unscrew your head, and allow me to pour information in by the pages full into your head...and oh by the way...you have a test on Monday.... good luck :banghead: ?

Amen. STOP talking while the instructor is talking! It is rude and very distracting to those of us who are actually listening!

Did you just really open a very noisy bag of chips at lecture when the instructor just said no food in the classroom (which, by the way, has great acoustics)?! :angryfire
