When I worked in the hospital, 0-2% at the discretion of your manager. So, if he/she didn't like you, you'd get no raise and like it.
At my current job, I got 4% last June and just got almost 9%. This raise was greater than the sum total of raises that I got in my 4 1/2 years in the hospital.
Just curious, what's the standard pay increase at your facility following a performance review? Is there a standard percentage? Also feel free to throw in base hourly pay if you wish, since it differs so much depending on location.
Union here. Pay raises based on step increases for hours worked and across the board raises negotiated in contracts. The more you work, the more you earn. I work hard and do the best I can because that makes me happy.
In less than three years on the job, my base pay has increased by more than 15%.
