Hello all!

I couldn't find a discussion for the Summer 2020 program so I thought I would start one! What did everyone apply for?

Does anyone know if Rady accepts many out-of-state applicants?

I applied as well for the heck of it. I probably won’t get accepted but you miss 100% of the shots you don’t take. I said open to all but also stated my interest in NICU. What other residencies are people applying to? It feels like there are so many where I look but so little spots available. I am also applying from out of state.

Hey guys! I applied to the NICU too! Sounds like it's gonna be really competitive ? I'm applying from D.C., never even been to San Diego but I've heard amazing things. Does anyone have any insight on when we might hear back about interviews? And is anyone applying to UCSD too? Good luck to everyone!

I think this thread is only for Rady's, not UCSD. My app for Rady's still says submitted
