I don't know why, but I was thinking about this this morning - seems like last year somebody had posted that saying, but I can't remember who or what post. I know it made me laugh. :)

Maria came from 2nd grade with a suitcase in her hand

she said she'd like to meet the nurse who will send her home

and she walks along the edge of sickness and health,

just like she's walking on a wire in the circus.

Mom parks her car outside of school

and runs in for Little Darling

says she's close to setting the house on fire -

and she doesn't know she's more than just a little misunderstood

she has trouble acting normal when she's nervous .....ABOUT LIIIIIIICE
