How many people had 75 questions on the NCLEX RN and failed versus how many had 75 and passed?
Congrats!!!! I also had 75 questions and thought I failed... I however drank a whole bottle of wine... which made everything worse... I cried to my boyfriend all night... He was SOO annoyed with me haha!!.... He kept saying shut up you passed... and I would cry and say... but what if.... hahaha I look back now and laugh!!
So Congrats to all!!
And if you didn't pass.... you just take it again... You didn't go to school for 4 years (or 2 years) to just give up!

Hi,
I've heard many myths about the 75 questions thing.
I've heard that some of the tests are automatically 75 questions and that some are automatically 265+ questions and that some are computer adaptive in the middle.
Good luck!!

Thanks for all the encouragement!
I had 75 questions and passed! I seriously thougt I failed. I believe the Kaplan review coursed helped and the many graces from God. I prayed for his strength and guidence during the exam and I truly believe his graces helped me pass! Praise be in him! With prayer and some work on your part, you can do it!

You can't choose to take 265 questions, and even if you get all of the questions, there is no comparison to having to take hundreds of questions over two days.
