PVT trick

Hey guys,I took my NCLEX today and the computer shut off on me at 149 questions. I walked out of the test center terrified and freaking out thinking I failed. I waited half an hour after the test to try the trick and it let me go through with the credit card process. Now I know this trick has worked for a lot of people. I retried the trick a couple of hours later and it still has not changed. I honestly thought it was extremely hard. I received all types of questions...select all...place in order...pictures...for goodness sake I even got stupid EKG strips! Seriously??? I got every type of question style you can imagine. I'm hoping and praying to god that I still have a chance in passing this thing. I've heard students who took the nclex tried the trick and it let them go through the process but at the end they got the letter saying they passed.

So im confused I took the NCLEX VN test yesterday and waited 3 hours to do the PVT and got the good pop up my test stopped at 85... probably 50 questions were select all that apply med questions... 5 place in order questions... and read charts... look at pictures ... it was so hard i thought i failed forsure... so even though I got the good pop up it can still mean I didnt pass??? Im confused??? Also I live In CA so theres no quick results here ...:grumpy::cry::wideyed:

Congrats!!!! Yes chances are very high you passed!! I completely thought I failed. I had 86 questions. I did the PVT as soon as I got to my car and got the good pop up. 3 weeks later I got my passing letter!!! I don't know of ANYONE who got the good pop up and didn't pass. Rest easy and keep us posted!!!

I just passed my NCLEX-RN this past Thursday 1/24/13. I got the cc page only to find out the next morning I had passed and am now an RN. Please just hang in there as, in my case, the PVT was very wrong. It makes for a very uncomfortable situation and some heartache, but please wait til you see what your nursing board website says. Good luck.

Thank you for sharing this with me...you gave me hope. Its been 3 days now since I've taken it and no news yet but that's because im In CA. I checked the brn but nothing. I will wait for thr mail. What state did you take yours in?

I took my nclex pn 01/17/13, and I did the pvt and got the good pop up, but I'm a little scared because I felt the test was somewhat easy...is that a bad sign?
