Hey guys,I took my NCLEX today and the computer shut off on me at 149 questions. I walked out of the test center terrified and freaking out thinking I failed. I waited half an hour after the test to try the trick and it let me go through with the credit card process. Now I know this trick has worked for a lot of people. I retried the trick a couple of hours later and it still has not changed. I honestly thought it was extremely hard. I received all types of questions...select all...place in order...pictures...for goodness sake I even got stupid EKG strips! Seriously??? I got every type of question style you can imagine. I'm hoping and praying to god that I still have a chance in passing this thing. I've heard students who took the nclex tried the trick and it let them go through the process but at the end they got the letter saying they passed.

Yesterday at around 1:15pm...

Oh!!I took it on Tuesday,NCLEX-VN,still now,BVNPT hasnt show my name..

I finished all 205 questions,but get a good pop-up..So nervous!!!!

Did u try doing the quick results??? It should show up after two days since you took your exam. I'm still freaking out...

No,I am in CA,this state doesnt participate in quick results!!!OMG...I am keeping fresh BVNPT page.It shows last updated is on Jan-23

Hi! :) In your case, since the exam that you took is for Vocational Nurses, BVNPT works quite differently compared to BRN. BVNPT won't post your name on their website not until you receive your NCSBN Candidate report that you passed, sign it and send it back to them together with your license fee. Once they received your fee, they'll post your name :)

Ok I am currently confused lol. I'm in CA too...okay then this means we cant pay to find out in 48 hrs? Man...I'm serioously screwed up in the head, I haven't been thinking about anything else BUT this thing. So you got the good pop up yet your name isn't on the BVNPT? I can imagine your anxiety :( You should be getting your results pretty soon though...I hope?? I think?? Oh I don't even know how this thing works anymore!:dead:

Yes!!CA doest have quick result service!!!You can go to check on your PEARSONVUE home page,the red high light!!I am sooo anxiety!!!Because I have finished all 205 questions in 4hours, and got good pop-up.I dont know how does the computer analys!!!

Hi zhapper2002! When do you think I can find my name on the BRN? I just checked BRN,the last updated is on JAN-23.I am soooo anxiety, I have done all 205 questions, and once I got home, I tried PVT,is got good pop-up.I dont know how does the computer analys my exam.Please help me..

All I know is that the computer grades you and then they send your results to get checked again. This is what I found on this website : https://www.ncsbn.org/1222.htm :yes:

For quality control purposes, every NCLEX is scored twice; once by the computer at the test center and then the result is verified after the examination record has been transmitted to Pearson VUE.

  • Although the examination is scored as you complete each item, no results are released at the test center. In fact, test center staff do not have access to the examination results

I'm not sure if this goes for both RN test takers and VN test takers. Just hang in there...I hope all of this anxiety will get us to where we want it to go. If you need to talk I'm here! I've already annoyed my friends about this...they don't understand what us NCLEX test takers have to go through!:madface:

I don't understand what you're talking about. Are you saying you were never charged or that you took NCLEX more than once. Please let me know. [email protected]

Nooo I didn't mean to make you nervous! :barf02: Maybe I should stay quiet! My anxiety is not making it any better! It just means that your test is checked twice before they make any final decisions. Most people who have tried the PVT trick and got the good pop-up has actually passed...and it's 98% accurate I would say. I have heard some people who got the good pop-up and unfortunately didn't pass when they got their results. Some have got the bad pop-up and did pass later. It all depends on the second time they check your results. Just try to calm your nerves down a little. I know it's hard to do so I'm trying to do the same...but the most important part is that we got done with the test the first time and atleast we know what it was like. Now at this point our anxiety won't really change anything or do anything...it just increases our blood pressure and probably sugar level here and there (joke!) :up:

Breathe...and TRY to relax. I know the waiting part is the worst but what can we do.

I hope both of us will pass the EXAM.Finger cross!!I have IV certification class tomorrow.Starts at 7:30.I cant fall asleep now..
