PVT trick

Hey guys,I took my NCLEX today and the computer shut off on me at 149 questions. I walked out of the test center terrified and freaking out thinking I failed. I waited half an hour after the test to try the trick and it let me go through with the credit card process. Now I know this trick has worked for a lot of people. I retried the trick a couple of hours later and it still has not changed. I honestly thought it was extremely hard. I received all types of questions...select all...place in order...pictures...for goodness sake I even got stupid EKG strips! Seriously??? I got every type of question style you can imagine. I'm hoping and praying to god that I still have a chance in passing this thing. I've heard students who took the nclex tried the trick and it let them go through the process but at the end they got the letter saying they passed.

I hope both of us will pass the EXAM.Finger cross!!I have IV certification class tomorrow.Starts at 7:30.I cant fall asleep now..

Hi zhapper2002! When do you think I can find my name on the BRN? I just checked BRN,the last updated is on JAN-23.I am soooo anxiety, I have done all 205 questions, and once I got home, I tried PVT,is got good pop-up.I dont know how does the computer analys my exam.Please help me..

So you took the NCLEX on tuesday, you should wait for 7 - 10 days for your official results. You will receive it in mail. But it may take up to 3 weeks. Once you receive it, sign it. Make a copy for yourself. Send it back to the BVNPT together with the license fee of 150 dollars. Then once they get the payment, they'll post your name. It will take another week.

When I took the NCLEX by Nov 29, I received my official results by December 11. I sent the signed NCSBN Report together with the license fee. I've seen my name on BVNPT website by December 18 and received the hard card in the mail by December 22. So all in all, it's about almost a month of waiting time. Oh you got a good pop up? Well congratulations! You made it! :) When I took my exam, my computer stopped at 85th question. I thought I did good 'cause I got a lot of SATAs, computations and some picture stuffs, and I thought it's a good sign (like sign of a passing score) but still my anxiety levels were still that high. Not until 4 hours after my exam, I did the PVT, and got a good pop up! It's legit! :) Congrats again! :)

A bad pop up just simply means that when you re-register to pearson vue, it allows you to enter your credit card information. :)

Maybe I'm just in denial that I most likely did not pass but I am still hoping that I did. We'll see soon I guess. CA doesn't do the quick results so all I can do is play the waiting game:banghead::zombie:

I'm also from Ca but in 1993 NCLEX was paper

Oh man do I remember that feeling of taking the NCLEX and waiting for the results!!! NO FUN!! I also live in CA and they do not offer quick results for LVN but they do for RN. It took three weeks for me to get the results. What you can do is call the BRN (916) 263-7800 and ask them what test date they are on in regards to mailing the results so you have an idea of when your results will get mailed to you. Word of advise, call in the morning right when they open. You will still have a long wait but if you call later you won't get through. Looking at the BRN verification website will do you no good. You name isn't posted until you sign your paperwork and payment has been made. Good Luck!!

Did you try paying to get your results in 48 hrs? I too am in CA and can find out my score tomorrow but I'm scared to even try :facepalm:

I stopped after 149? S. Had atleast 7-8 sat...3 place in order...5 med math...3 ekgs...3 pictures (not hotspots)...a lot of priorities and straight forward content. It started off easy but then it got harder and harder. A lot of meds that I didn't know but was able to somewhat eliminate down to two.

Those are high level questions. So you're off to a good start. I just hate to wait this long. Coz Im afraid I might try another state if I cant make it in CA brn. what about you? have you thought about the worst scenario?
