Well, you have no idea how many of my patients resort to a little self-loving to help calm themselves down. I remember one time I had a patient on a 1:1 and the tech assigned to him reported to me that the patient was masturbating.

"Is the patient exposing himself?" I asked.

"No, he's doing it under the covers."

"Then just look at the floor near the bed and let him be. He's entitled," I replied.

It took my making a whole pot of Starbucks coffee to make it up to my poor tech.
