Starting this thread before the Jan '22 cohort application opens up today (hopefully soon!) Yes I completed the self paced text interview after my application was sent in. I was emailed by the recruiter yesterday to schedule a phone interview to “learn more about my experience and qualifications”.

Congratulations! I’m not sure why what your friend received was different. But which units did you apply for ?

Thank you! I’m wondering if it has to do with the different locations. I applied to NICU, PICU, & postpartum.

Yes, it very well could be. I’ve been seeing a lot of ppl on facebook saying Burbank location has called them. Do you know which location contacted you for an interview ?

So if I applied to LA locations and haven't heard anything yet ... does that mean we aren't being considered? haha

I think it’s Burbank, it doesn’t specifically say but I do see the name Burbank within the email.

I just finished my video interview for St. Joseph Burbank, I was told that this will be a big cohort with 18 people for ICU including new grads. I'm am not sure about the other areas.

Also - for those who got an interview, are you from the area ? I am applying from the Bay Area but I hear it’s hard to get in if you aren’t from the area.

They asked 2 clinical questions and 2 other questions which the manager called boring questions XD. I am a local in Burbank. I would say be yourself, they try to determine your critical skills but there are no right or wrong answers.
