I just wanted to create a forum for those applying to Providence TIP RN Residency program for new grads applying to the 2024cohort. I know the application opens soon, so I wanted to create this forum so we can discuss the application process, interviews, and more!! ☺️

Gosh ? so much to get an offer! I had my interview today too but haven't received anything

No the situational questions were all straightforward and easy. Just think of your past clinical experiences and even life experiences. The only thing that caught me off guard was the case study

They told me today that within two days you'll get an email with that meet and greet info if you're selected. Keep me updated! Good luck!
I interviewed at Orange today. I had no case study. They said it would take 3-4 weeks. Hopefully it doesn't take that long.

do you remember what units they said were open to choose from?
I went to St. Jude today and the openings that were originally open we I applied aren't the ones theyre looking to fill right now..kind of disappointed in that...But I have my interview for St. Joseph's tomorrow.

I think it's the same or pretty similar to what they said in the original confirmation for interview email. That email has a link that says all the units and how many openings they have.
