I just wanted to create a forum for those applying to Providence TIP RN Residency  program for new grads applying to the 2024cohort. I know the application opens soon, so I wanted to create this forum so we can discuss the application process, interviews, and more!! ☺️

Does anyone know when does the program start? I thought I had no chance because I didn't get an invitation for interview until veryyy late, so I scheduled my NCLEX on 2/15 and I know the program starts in Feburary

if I remember correctly they said you need to have your license by 2/16 if you take it on 12/15 and pass you might still be good double check with them

Yes. They ask a few behavorial questions, and then you will have a case study. The panel I interviewed with was very nice! Just be yourself and try to have past experiences and stories already prepared in your head to use.

Yes last night at 7:30 I got an email saying to reschedule and so it had to be rescheduled to this morning ?

Mission Viejo? When was your interview supposed to be that got cancelled? I got an email last night to confirm I had the interview link, but not cancelled. Mine is tomorrow.

It was supposed to be tomorrow morning at 11am, they said they needed to switch it to today.

my mission interview was for this morning. I tried to reschedule but it says no time slots are available

I interviewed at St Joes Burbank, Holy Cross and Tarzana this week. Yesterday I received my unofficial offer from Burbank for the ED!! This was my 1st choice hospital and unit so I am so beyond thrilled. Good luck everyone! You got this!

Congratulations!! When was your interview for Burbank? I interviewed on Tuesday and haven't heard anything yet
