I got my badge I wanna say 2 weeks ago? They sent me an email and I sent them a headshot and went and picked it up 2 days later

for those who've sent headshots for the badge, it says in the email to include your information along with the Department, however in the offer letter the department is mentioned as Nursing Administration - 0801, what should I write in the email?

Was the Covid survey and I-9 form in a separate email? I haven't received those yet. This morning I received the drug screening form and the employment application form for background check. Did they send them to you on different days?

LOL I understand. Everything is giving us anxiety. For now I just did my background stuff and received info to do drug screening. Is it the same for you? I haven't received the Covid or the titers and form I-9 stuff yet or the rest of the stuff yet

I just checked and it says the same for me. I would not worry about it at all. We got the offer and accepted, the status doesn't matter now

For people who have accepted the position through the Microsoft form, have you received your drug screening and background disclosure documents?

I just emailed someone asking when I should expect be receiving the drug screen and background disclosure documents since I haven't received them either. same for me it said 0801. Not sure what it means either. I think they're not giving us a unit yet and I remember when I had initially spoken to when given the offer on the phone, they told me we kinda get to pick at the end of our orientation. regardless it'll be either medsurg, tele or oncology.

So I accepted the job offer on Monday but haven't seen any emails regarding onboarding however was invited to a teams meeting to go over your offer details and next steps of the onboarding process.  should I be worried that I haven't done any applications or drug screening? They just haven't sent me anything. Someone said things need to be done within 48 hours of accepting new job offer, but they haven't sent me anything yet other than the teams meeting. Mine was LAMC if that helps. I interviewed last week on Friday and received an offer on Monday.
