I just wanted to create a forum for those applying to Providence TIP RN Residency  program for new grads applying to the 2024cohort. I know the application opens soon, so I wanted to create this forum so we can discuss the application process, interviews, and more!! ☺️

I interviewed at Holy Cross on Wednesday and I received a call for a position earlier today! So, you should start hearing back pretty soon if you applied. Although they did say they could take 1-3 weeks.

I interviewed Tuesday , I was just wondering cause people are hearing back from other locations ??

Does anyone know the etiquette on receiving an offer while waiting to see if there is another one from a different Providence? Ex: one week from now receive an unofficial offer from Mission Viejo (educator said that would happen before official offers 2-3 weeks later) while waiting to see if St. Joseph in Orange will extend one 3-4 weeks from now? If I get one from both I'd like to consider them, just don't know what I would say.

I also interviewed Tuesday and someone here got an offer for ED Burbank for a Monday interview. So I'm starting to worry.
