I just wanted to create a forum for those applying to Providence TIP RN Residency  program for new grads applying to the 2024cohort. I know the application opens soon, so I wanted to create this forum so we can discuss the application process, interviews, and more!! ☺️

I was offered a fellowship at mission (in MV) last week in ICU and accepted official offer last Friday. Said I would be with new grads for Feb 26th so I assume they are still reaching out for the new grad residency.

Offered during the interview but the official offer took a week to get via email. I'm sure it's a bit different for the new grad residency but this is just how mine worked.

I interviewed for St. Joes, LCM and St. Johns..haven't heard back yet but trying to stay positive! ? good luck everyone!

they contacted me last Friday and gave me an unofficial offer
