I just wanted to create a forum for those applying to Providence TIP RN Residency  program for new grads applying to the 2024cohort. I know the application opens soon, so I wanted to create this forum so we can discuss the application process, interviews, and more!! ☺️

Thank you! I interviewed Monday for Burbank and Tuesday for HC and Tarzana. I know people are slowly being notified. It's definitely nerve wracking. I hope you hear back soooon! ?

HC said they would be reaching out to some candidates by the end of this week for unofficial offers and official offers in 3-4 weeks. Tarzana said they would be reaching out in about 2-4 weeks. ?

My MV interview switched to 0930 today. waited for 20mins no one showed or accepted me into the meeting. Not sure what's going on with their system.

Congrats!! May I ask how long your interview was, and did you only have 1 interview and got the offer?

That's super frustrating. My email said that people were having issues with the system. I hope they get it worked out and everyone has there interviews. 

has anyone on here had an interview with Mission Viejo this week without having an issue?

I had one last week for ICU fellowship (they said I would be with new grads) and she came on right at interview time. No issues at all.

Thank you! I interviewed Monday. They reached out via email. A few of my friends have received phone calls. I think it depends on the unit and how they do things. So keep checking your email and answer any unknown numbers. ?

My interview at Burbank was Monday and lasted for about 30 min. I also interviewed at Holy Cross Tuesday and that was a 2 hour group interview. Tarzana was Tuesday afternoon and that was about 30 min. I haven't heard from HC or Tarzana yet but they said it would be a bit.

Anyone interview with LCM yesterday and have received the email for the meet and greet yet? They told me I'd get the email yesterday night or today but I haven't gotten anything yet and the event is tomorrow..

For what it's worth, I'm an experienced nurse who got an official offer today for a SICU fellowship in Mission Viejo starting Feb 26th. I was told I would be with new grads so I assume this means the residency. I interviewed last Wednesday. It must be a different process for every hospital or maybe fellowship vs residency but thought I'd share, anyone going to be at MV in ICU?
