I just wanted to create a forum for those applying to Providence TIP RN Residency  program for new grads applying to the 2024cohort. I know the application opens soon, so I wanted to create this forum so we can discuss the application process, interviews, and more!! ☺️

does anyone know if the interviews are in person or on zoom?

im confused because it says "live interview" but it sent me a modern hire zoom link?

im interviewing for San Pedro and LCM Torrance

I'm a little confused how they end up selecting people, if our interviews are not with our choice units. I know they use points, but doesn't seem fair if your interview is with some other unit and other people get to interview with the unit they want most.

Which hospital are you referring to? St. Joseph's has you pre-rank your units so hopefully we get to interview with those managers..

I'm not sure if we do. I'm interviewing with mission viejo and orange. I know for mission, we are just assigned interviewers which may or may not be the unit of your choice. Mine is not.

Totally agree. In the info they sent over, it said the candidates with the highest points will be reviewed by the leaders in the units we want. So they won't ever interview us it sounds like. This was for Saint Jude.

If anyone already had their interview with St. Joseph's in Orange and was asking them about the OR, can anyone tell me what their call requirement is like?
