I just wanted to create a forum for those applying to Providence TIP RN Residency  program for new grads applying to the 2024cohort. I know the application opens soon, so I wanted to create this forum so we can discuss the application process, interviews, and more!! ☺️

Anyone interviewing with Mission Viejo? Are you attending the meet and greet? I noticed in the job posting, it says NICU is hiring, but I thought CHOC runs their NICU, anyone know?

I have a video panel interview with Mission. Where did you see info about the meet and greet?

For anyone who applied to Mission, I noticed that the unit introductions include units at the Laguna Beach location. Do you think they're grouped together and we can put some of those in our top 3?

Hi, 

when I applied, the text interview said that I must have a scheduled exam date by 02/16 to be considered for the interview process. Do you guys know if they are strict on the dates? I don't have an exam date scheduled until 02/22
