I just wanted to create a forum for those applying to Providence TIP RN Residency  program for new grads applying to the 2024cohort. I know the application opens soon, so I wanted to create this forum so we can discuss the application process, interviews, and more!! ☺️

Did anyone hear back from HR in regards to when they will put more slots? I applied on the 01/18 at 8 pm for Orange location and there was no slots, so I emailed the person no response.

Does anyone know what type of questions are asked during the interview? any tips to prepare for the interview ?

Does anyone know if they are willing to make accommodations (either zoom or different day) if you are unable to make the interview days listed?

I also applied on Tuesday to the Santa Monica location and have not recieved an email or prompt telling me my interview date yet. I did the self pacing interview and my application says under consideration but nothing else on interview dates. Did anybody else have the same situation?

Me for the Fullerton location, for orange it said no more interview slots so I emailed the person but no response seems as he's in vacation LOL until 12/26

OMG I hope it isn't too late to apply. I just submitted my app for Mission Viejo and Little Company of  Mary today. Totally forgot that it opened on the 18th...

Does anyone know if it will be group interviews? I thought it was one on one but the website says "Your group interview will be a 2-hour discussion with the interview panel and other candidates."

I received an email today about my interview at SJ Orange. They said there are 150 candidates! So not sure they will be adding more spots for that location at least. And there is an online survey where we can specify which units we are interested in .
