   Around 2-3 months! I'll just keep applying for day shifts positions for now. I'm not in a hurry to get a job right away. Might change my mind later on, but I wouldn't want to take a job I know I'm not going to be happy with. It'll burn me out faster.

   Uh... 😞 My friend at Kaiser (new grad) was started 55 per hour and she got her preferred shift (days). But I guess she's somehow working for it since she mentioned how they usually have 1 CNA per floor. 2 if they're lucky.

   Oh okay. I asked a friend of mine and he said a total of maybe 30-40 new grads were accepted (one of the previous cohorts). Not sure for this one, it will be more likely the same.
