It was the PBDS, where you watch people acting like patients and put what is wrong along with your interventions......My agency said not all hospitals require it, so now i'm in search for another job in FL.....didn't know if anyone had any suggestion...

My agency stated that they were not aware that I would have to take this test, nor that the results would reflect on my assignment......but then turned around and said many of thier nurses have had their contracted cancelled due to the same reason......
