The current probation was that alcohol/drugs was found in the car while with a pssenger . But this one was police entrapment inticing someone to solicit for Prost. exchange of words.

Anyone with any experince or heard someone with similar story and what was the outcome?

A person can't be solicited to do something they would never do!

No one can answer this question except the California BON themselves. We certainly don't know...

You keep saying entrapment. I don't think you know what that means. A sting is not entrapment. A sting is just getting caught doing something you would have done initially.

Assuming this is not a hypothetical question you seriously need to seek qualified criminal counsel as well as retain a lawyer familiar with licensing issues. This might mean a team of lawyers unless you hire one that has experience with both.

Per TOS none of us can offer legal advice even if qualified to do so and nobody on any website is going to be able to help you with this. By posting this question you are opening yourself up to leaving discoverable evidence all over the internet. That came pretty close to legal advice, but I am hoping it's common sense enough that it won't be taken as such by our mods.

My state board publishes what licensees lose their license for quarterly.

It is all case by case, but most of the people caught again breaking the law and they are already on probation end up with some sort of restriction/revocation. Even if the two incidents are unrelated...

You should seek counsel, but not sure how much good it will do you. You got caught breaking the law while you were already being watched for something else...

I suspect you might be trolling us all. In the event that you aren't, this is not the place to seek legal advice. As others have stated, get in touch with legal counsel immediately. If anything, this thread will hurt you more than it helps you.

You will need to seek legal advice from an attorney. The members cannot provide legal advice per the Terms of Service.
