...well that's a vague question with no clear answer. I would suggest hiring a lawyer who is familiar with the BON.
please anyone with experience to share

Each case is handled individually. Even if a Board employee were to see your thread here, they are not going to attempt to adjudicate your case on a public website. Highly suggest you seek legal counsel: TAANA Executive Office - Home
the offense is different from why person is on probation
Any act that is a crime of moral turpitude, a crime against a person, property, etc. is going to be of interest to the Board.

I imagine that the BON will be very unhappy, especially since it involves "solicitation for prostitution", and even more so since patients are vulnerable.
Personally, I would prepare for the worst, and ask myself some tough questions. Since you were on probation, will there be a possibility of jail time? How were you able to work while on probation, and how will that issue affect your present situation?
I certainly would be assessing my life choices.
Good luck!
what will happen to the license
The current probation was that alcohol/drugs was found in the car while with a pssenger . But this one was police entrapment inticing someone to solicit for Prost. exchange of words.
Anyone with any experince or heard someone with similar story and what was the outcome?

I'm going to be more direct than others in this thread. If this is your issue, you seriously need to contact a lawyer that knows criminal and administrative law that also knows how to deal with nursing license boards. You've been provided a suggestion for how to contact such a lawyer already. What you're asking about basically is along the lines of legal advice and even if there's people on this forum that are qualified to provide that advice, they won't (and neither should anyone else) give you any advice over the internet and certainly they won't give you specific advice unless you're their client.
Furthermore, if this truly is an issue you are facing, I highly suggest that you stop posting about this on all internet and social media as it is possible that you could do severe damage to yourself criminally and professionally if you continue. Everything you say online pretty much stays online (somewhere) and since it's out in public, prosecutors and investigators may not need a warrant or subpoena to get it.
So... shut up about this and seek competent legal advice!

We cannot provide legal advice here on AN. I don't think many, if any members have had similar problems with the law.
Your best bet is to seek the advice of a lawyer & as soon as possible. Good luck!

No personal experience on that one but the California Nurse Practice Act does mention that engaging in Crimes of Moral Turpitude can result in revocation of your license,
