Jorgenson is a non-starter. Her hard core libertarian stance is essentially all for none and each person for themselves. And she thinks private charity could replace a social safety net.

Hawkins could be a jill stein type spoiler. He picks up where bernie left off, basically same platform of medicare for all & green new deal (which apparently was his idea originally).
Trump has proven himself to be an incompetent conman.
So, I’m ridin’ with biden.
Not sure where you got some info but Trump has stated either all or partial support of, and in some cases already worked and changed things in support of some you marked as not (drug prices, DACA, criminal juctice reform).
Trump is not my all time favorite but voting for Biden is not an option IMO because he obviously has cognitive issues that make it impossible for him to run his household much less the entire country. So, big question is who will be, maybe Kamala, maybe not, who knows. And that is the point, who knows!

And biden has cognitive issues is shown by ...... Let’s see what you’ve got.
As for trump’s cognitive issues and general mental acumen, george conway sums it up nicely here - https://www.washingtonpost.com/opinions/2020/08/10/I-still-believe-president-president/
Trump flip flops on daca. After the supreme court rejected his lawsuit to end the program, he now says he’ll allow those in the program to remain but won’t accept any more applications.
As for drug prices, he did issue executive orders but “The orders, which range from relaxing drug importation rules to cutting Medicare payments to drugmakers, are far reaching but experts say they are unlikely to take effect in the near term and in some cases lack specifics.”

I am looking forward to next weeks Democratic convention and following Republican convention so citizens can see how each candidate speaks to the nation.
Have you watched any of the Presidents nightly Coronavirus News Conference, available on CSPAN --- clearly having cognitive issues IMHO as seen in these presentations

Only a thunderstorm Tuesday stopped me from driving to Wilmington DE to see Biden and Harris announcement. So far, I'm riddin with Biden --gotta get my bike out of back of garage.

I don't see Trump "clearly" having cognitive issues, if anything I see him as not speaking as eloquently as some would like (but nothing new). Whether or not I think either one has cognitive issues (and I do think it is clear with Biden) I will vote for the candidate with the policies that I feel most benefit the country, after all this should not be a popularity contest, or who is the best at delivering speeches, but what policies will best move the country forward. Biden and Harris have both flipped flopped, have yet to answer questions from the press, and have far left policies that hurt communities rather than help (no matter what they say). don't think so? Look at Dem run cities and see for yourself. I look at it like this...I once worked with an Oncologist that had a horrible bedside manner (horrible!), pts always complained about him, but I always told them this MD is the one I would want if I had cancer bc he knows his stuff, do you want someone just bc they come all smiles and make you feel good (emotionally) , or someone who knows how to get the job done. This election is exactly like that, IMO.
The Biden Plan to Combat Coronavirus (COVID-19) and Prepare for Future Global Health Threats
Trump calls Biden’s coronavirus plan unscientific, rejects call for national mask mandate
Joe Biden calls for a nationwide mask mandate as he pushes his plan to combat coronavirus
Quote...“Every single American should be wearing a mask when they’re outside for the next three months at a minimum,” Biden said at a press appearance in Wilmington, Delaware. “Every governor should mandate mandatory mask wearing. The estimates by the experts are that it will save over 40,000 lives in the next three months. Forty thousand lives, if people act responsibly.”
“It’s not about your rights. It’s about your responsibilities as an American,” said Biden, flipping the script on Republicans who argue that mandates infringe on an individual’s right not to wear one...

Trump signs series of executive orders aimed at lowering drug costs
Forbes 7/25/2020
Quote...there are caveats and limitations attached to all four executive orders. And, the orders contain few if any substantively new policy changes. In fact, most of the policy changes contained in the orders were included in the Department of Health and Human Services (HHS) Blueprint to Lower Drug Prices and Reduce Out-of-Pocket Costs, released in May 2018....
...Finally, it’s worth mentioning that executive orders are not immediately enforceable. In fact, they are first steps in a regulatory process that will likely be protracted. This implies that the Trump Administration would need to finalize regulations and go through follow-up procedural steps that could take many months. Moreover, in the meantime, all four executive orders could be challenged in court.
