Wow.  No one has started such a thread yet?

After promising that most K-8 students would be in schools in the first 100 days,  apparently Joe is afraid to lead on this and has drastically scaled back that goal.

Instead, we're shooting for about half to go to school at least one day a week,  by the end of April.

Agree, I'm not getting it.  I already said I don't know why the other side wanted this particular prisoner part of an exchange.  I wasn't privy to thae talks.

What are your thoughts, other than  wondering how Democrats are going to explain it away?

Hmm, it seems many here take the word of a DA as gospel without any critical thought when it comes to Trump.

Why can't we see the report from the investigation?  We PAID for it.

The DOJ ended their investigation without charges.  As far as the house investigation, apparently there's some rule that once he resigned the report couldn't be released and the investigation was then halted.  The ethics committee doesn't investigate a private citizen.  So we get nothing.

To me it's obvious he has something to hide otherwise he wouldn't have resigned at that time.  Still all we have are allegations and one of his associates pleaded guilty but didn't name Gaetz.  So he must be innocent of any wrong doing.  

 We haven't heard the last of this.  When things settle down, he will probably be elected governor of Florida and then a Senator much like crooked Rick Scott because, well...Florida.

Yes, I remember the fake news story and the private citizen that took it upon himself to  to go in with loaded weapon (when children were present).  

I'm glad they are so concerned about children, the unborn and kids in school being shot up at school because they always offer up thoughts and prayers, hungry children...meh make them pay for the lunch and fire the lunch lady if she gives them free stuff, trans kids...make them grow up first, learning about racism....nope because children are too delicate, read books that might mention two dads...ban it.  Children are the future and we must raise them right and protect them.

But I don't think they are "obsessed with pedophilia".  Like the rest of us they aren't about pedophilia.  What I don't appreciate are lies like "liberals are trying to normalize relationships between adults and children".  Yawn

If Mat Gaetz did what they allege then yes. That's a problem.  However, there were no charges and the investigation was complete.  Unless you know otherwise?
