Wow. No one has started such a thread yet?
After promising that most K-8 students would be in schools in the first 100 days, apparently Joe is afraid to lead on this and has drastically scaled back that goal.
Instead, we're shooting for about half to go to school at least one day a week, by the end of April.

It's difficult to have honest discussion with members who have not been honest for the past 4 years and seem to have little ability to discern honesty from intentional lies.

don't hold your breath, it seems their plan is to have no plan. Oh wait, I think the VP has a plan now, no need to go see anything for herself just blame the border crisis on climate change.

Well, Biden could have left well enough alone at least until he had some kind of plan that didn't include packing kids in cages, kids being literally dropped over the wall and/or found wandering around alone in the desert, drugs pouring over the border, people pouring over the border, the cartels making big bucks, not enough personnel to handle the influx etc...
And, all the while we are still in a pandemic with people not being tested and/or quarantined. And, how many people already here who are now out of work who will be competing with the newcomers for jobs and/or our tax dollars will be paying their expenses.

Leaving "well enough alone" is not an option when the status quo is an intentionally cruel policy that sits adjacent to a sabotaged federal system to process immigrants and refugees.
Trump Administration Enacts Rule Gutting Protection for Refugees and Asylum Seekers
What do you suppose the incompetent and corrupt Trump lackeys were doing while they weren't participating in a seamless transition of power...it looks like they were trying to break things. That gives republicans room to criticize Biden for delays or difficulty in executing thoughtful policy and programming.
Seems like everything is right on schedule for that QOP plan.
Biden administration releases billions in relief for Puerto Rico, removes ‘onerous’ restrictions
QuoteMarcia Fudge, secretary of the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development, said in a statement, “The actions taken by HUD today will unlock access to funds Puerto Rico needs to recover from past disasters and build resilience to future storms, while ensuring transparency and accountability.”
I wonder if the retired neurosurgeon or the former events planner were the designers of the bad policy or just the stooges placed to carry out the bad policy without asking questions. It's reassuring to have competence back in these important positions.

Well I guess I missed the plan to fix the current border crisis brought on solely by Biden: continue to blame Trump for everything even though he is no longer in office. If Dems are so concerned that they think Trump broke the law then why are they, and allowing others to break the law.

Trump set up restrictions in order to make sure that the money went where it should be going (you know to actually help the people, not the politicians), but yeah, sounds like a good plan to just release the money with no over sight or "monitor". Cant see how that could go wrong!

I believe that kids crossing alone and that awful episode of children being dropped over a Trump wall are because the current administration continues to turn back everyone except unaccompanied minors. I believe its been well documented that drugs are crossing at legal crossings. In fact, here at the northern border a semi was found to be bringing in $3.5 million dollars of cocaine, at a US Customs crossing.
There are plenty of undocumented people in my rural area. They do a lot of the menial tasks that US born people refuse, like farm work, housekeeping, and other hard labor jobs. They come to work on time and work hard without complaint. They have payroll taxes deducted that they will never see as social security or medicare, and send money home to their families. As undocumented people, they receive no government benefits, unless a woman becomes pregnant, and then they get 6 months of Medicaid.
