Got my acceptance letter today for Fall 2010 for the BSN program. Actually it is kind of funny because my neighbor got my mail and brought it over to me. They said we wouldn't hear until the end of March beginning of April so I was quite surprised and wasn't expecting it. I am both scared and excited. I read how hard it is going to be and I just want to make it, I would be devastated if I can't as there is nothing else I want to do.

This will be a second career for me and something I have always wanted to do. I just feel so blessed to have made it as I know it is very competitive right now but for 2 years I have worked my tail off and done well in school while working full time and being a single mom.

astigall - I am in Missouri. I have been taking my pre-reqs at Maryville University and that is where I will attend the nursing program. It is the only school I applied to b/c I attend their weekend and evening program due to working full-time. It has been doable so far so hopefully that will continue. I have a stress free job and my employer is very flexible so I think I will be okay!!!
