    Happy Valentine's Day every one! I get to celebrate by going to A&P tonight, lol.

    I got my quiz grade on the heart and blood vessels last night. (Again, I went to my professor's office before Micro, haha.) I got a 95%!!!! I really thought I missed 3 or 4, but I guess I only missed one!

    Think positive and you will do well!

    Just got my first test back and got a 151/150 as I got the extra credit right but forgot to add the vlaves to a drawing of a vein- duh!! And I even left one unanswered and I had rechecked the test and missed it twice!! But I will take that grade.

    Professor okayed me doing the extra credit report on Toxoplasmosis so that should gave me 40-50 pts extra in the end.

    Next week is the veins/arteries test then week after is chapters 16-17-18 test. Ugghhhh...... I pRAY that you are right on the ease- I have not really studied.

    And good news- got an interview at a college tomorrow about getting into a bahcelors nursing program instead of the Associates at the comm. college. Keep your fingers crossed1

    Got my lab grade back. I did not do as well as the lecture. I got an 86. I will take that considering how exhausted I was after taking the lecture and had to take the lab right after. That was tough for me. I am glad at the end I survived the ordeal. My next lab practical is March 1.

    In my class we have four tests including the final and 2 lab practicals. We have one project this semester I think and a chance to do an extra credit report as well.

    The tests are as follows: (Holes 10th)
    Test 1: Chapters 13-14-15
    Test 2: 16-17-18
    Test 3: 19-20-21
    Test 4 (Final): 22-23-24

    Lab 1: 150 Veins and arteries by memory
    Lab 2: TBD

    So we really don't have a final exam that covers all the semester which is very nice.

    I did it!!!!! Going into this week of midterms I was worried I was barely (or not even) going to pass A&P. Well, I took my lecture exam on Tuesday and got a 76%, I studied and would have like better. Yesterday I had my lab exam, and I got a 92%!!! This puts my overall A&P score at a 97%, an A on my school's scale! I never thought I'd carry an A in A&P, I hope I can maintain it!! :hatparty: :hatparty:

    Well, in my A&P I, we had to write a paper on the spcial senses (any aspect of it) because there wasn't enough time to get to that chapter. Otherwise, I haven't heard of writing a paper as a regular part of the class.

    Hey, guys!! Sorry I've been so long gone! Nothing much new here. We have our midterm in one week -- everything from Chapter 1 back in September to now ...... should be interesting! We have covered up to non-specific immune responses now so that's what the exam will include up to. Our prof loves to thrown questions in that will disrupt our reverberating circuits lol. Wish me luck!!
